Letters from the booking desk.
Dear editor, What exactly is Meetline?
A: Meetline is browser-based scheduling software for publishing availability, collecting bookings, sending reminders, and routing appointments. It is sold as a monthly software subscription rather than as a physical product.
Dear editor, Do my clients need an account?
A: No. A client can use a published booking page without creating a Meetline account. The booking flow can collect the information requested by the appointment type.
Dear editor, How does the 14-day free trial work?
A: The trial is free for 14 days. No credit card is required and nothing is charged during the trial. After the trial, the selected monthly plan can continue according to its stated subscription terms.
Dear editor, How do I get access after purchase?
A: After checkout, an activation code is sent to the email address supplied in the order. The stated delivery method is Instant delivery — activation code by email, with the code expected within 5 minutes.
Dear editor, Does it work offline?
A: The interface may load from a previously available browser session, but calendar synchronization and live booking availability require an internet connection. Offline use should not be treated as a source of current availability.
Dear editor, Which browsers and devices?
A: Meetline is designed for current desktop and mobile browsers with JavaScript enabled. A modern browser is recommended so calendar synchronization, responsive navigation, forms, and checkout controls behave correctly.
Dear editor, What's the difference between the four plans?
A: Notice starts with one calendar and one booking type. Column adds three calendars, five booking types, intake forms, SMS reminders, and one routing group. Bulletin expands to ten calendars, unlimited booking types, broader reminders, five seats, and five routing groups. Chronicle adds unlimited calendars, multi-location pages, waitlists, unlimited routing, a manager dashboard, and fifteen seats.
Dear editor, Can I upgrade or downgrade?
A: Yes. Plan changes can be requested through the account controls. When a plan changes during a billing period, the applicable amount can be adjusted on a prorated basis according to the subscription terms.
Dear editor, How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Cancellation is available from the account settings. There is no cancellation fee, and a cancelled monthly subscription remains available through the end of the already-paid billing period unless the applicable account terms state otherwise.
Dear editor, What is your refund policy?
A: We offer a full refund within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. See the full Refund Policy for the complete terms.
Dear editor, Who owns my calendar and client data?
A: The customer retains ownership of calendar and client information. Your calendar data stays yours. We never sell booking or client information.
Dear editor, Can I sync with Google or Outlook calendars?
A: Meetline can be configured around supported calendar connections so availability can reflect connected schedules. Exact connection options depend on the account configuration and current integration support; an internet connection is required for synchronization.
Dear editor, What happens if I exceed my calendar limit?
A: The account will not silently create additional paid capacity. You must reduce connected calendars, change the appointment setup, or move to a plan whose stated calendar allowance covers the additional calendars.
Dear editor, Do you support group bookings?
A: Team routing and seats are available by plan, while group scheduling capabilities depend on the appointment configuration and selected subscription. Bulletin includes five seats and five routing groups; Chronicle includes fifteen seats and unlimited routing.
Dear editor, What are team seats?
A: A seat is a named team position within a subscription workspace. Bulletin includes five seats, while Chronicle includes fifteen. The seat allowance is separate from the number of calendars available.
